Job Description

ECPAC SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking individuals to provide customer support to Local Government Units in the Philippines. Duties include marketing coordination, assisting customers with system issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with technical staff
  • Address customer concerns
  • Analyze system operations
  • Handle client issues

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably in Business
  • Excellent Customer Service and Leadership Skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable with communication platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month

Benefits: Additional leave, Company events

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary

Ability to commute/relocate: Davao City

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience: Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
