Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Brew Master in brewing original beers according to demographics and promotional needs.
- Operate brew equipment to maintain acceptable inventory of raw materials and beer.
- Brewed beer according to Hopheads standards.
- Directs production operations within the prescribed schedule and established standards at the least costs to ensure production target.
- Ensures that the Standard Operating Procedures, Parameters and Quality Standards are strictly followed to produce the standard production output.
- Monitors daily production performance in terms of productivity, efficiency and adherence to Quality Standards through coordination meetings and daily production reports.
- Reviews, daily, weekly and monthly production reports, plans and schedules.
- Initiates improvements projects related to process, operations and work simplifications.
- Coordinates production activities to related departments.
- Responsible for the implementation, training and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Procedures in the Production Department.
- Ensures consistent implementation of company rules and regulations, SOPs and guidelines and administers necessary disciplinary action for non-compliance.
- Directs / implements cost-effective line maintenance activities and programs (corrective and preventive) and ensure the optimum utilization of company equipment and machines.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by a superior from time to time.
