Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Trainer to join our BPO team onsite. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Your main duties will include creating training materials, delivering engaging training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
