Job Description
- Prepare Purchase Orders in line with company policies and procedures. Purchase Orders are approved on time.
- Coordinate approved Purchase Order to vendor/supplier and file with vendor/supplier acknowledged and signed.
- Check and verify if goods received are in good quality condition.
- Schedule of delivery and update day to day.
- Establish relationship with suppliers and ensure agreed production lead time is being met.
- Check availability of fabric and accessories based on MPS as scheduled day to day basis.
- Computation on actual volume and generate accessories transmittal. Coordinating ordered materials with purchaser based on purchase order.
- Monitor utilization of materials and accessories per order; avoid excess occurrence and stock accumulation.
- Encoding of Purchase Order and uploads automatically to the system.
- Inventory reports on slow-moving/obsolete status.
