Job Description
Major Function
The Inbound Checker is responsible for checking the actual vs. documents stocks. They are also responsible for reporting of any damaged stocks prior unloading.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take pictures of stocks, container van, seal number, and trucks’ plate number before unloading.
- Check actual stocks vs. documents.
- Create Inbound Inspection Report (IIR) accurately and on time.
- Create Delivery Discrepancy Report (DDR) for any damaged stocks accurately and on time.
