Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- College Graduate
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Employ customer service systems when important.
- Calculate and examine support levels when needed.
- Make instructions to try to improve procedures and technological enhancements.
