Job Description
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- Completed High school or College Graduate
- Good to excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities:
- Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered
- Advising members of outstanding co-payments
- Providing network provider details to members
- Canceling members’ plans upon request or nonpayment issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
