Job Description
- Professional customer handling
- Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
- Answer phones promptly and direct calls accurately
- Complete arrival and departure procedures for Guests
- Take and relay messages for Guests
- Handle special Guest requests
- Schedule appointments and manage event calendars
- Check-in visitors and guide them to their destinations
- Maintain a professional appearance as per management guidelines
- Report to the immediate supervisor and provide activity reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Employer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
