Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing, coding, and billing out of all invoices/bills containing clinic services.
- Ensuring bills are sent to the correct payer/employer.
- Collaborating with departments like Referral, Claims, insurance, and Company collectors.
- Communicating with healthcare professionals for billing documentation.
- Navigating through employer and insurance rules.
- Reviewing patient bills and insurance payments for accuracy.
- Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.
- Staying updated on insurance guidelines.
