Job Description
An Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will take responsibility for ensuring that inventories are processed and stored properly. Duties include moving inventory, processing for delivery, sorting, packaging, and preparing documentation for audits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Move inventory and materials across facilities
- Process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize, and store inventory correctly
- Package items and label accurately
- Scan delivered items for quality
- Report damaged or missing inventory
- Stack large bulk items
- Prepare documentation for audits
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Good written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work at the Makati Office
