Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager, HR & Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals. You will also handle administrative duties such as office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in handling HRIS systems and familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
