Job Description
Maintain customer Level at the check out within the standards by ensuring Front End staff is properly scheduled based on productivity; all checkouts are manned on peak hours.
Ensure that all payment terminals are in good working condition (credit card, debit card, PLUS card).
Ensure control standards and processes are executed at the front end by ensuring 100% turnover of cash and sales tender to Treasury at the end of the day.
100% compliance to sales and transactions documentation procedures.
