What is this role about?
The role is responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating activities designed to grow and protect SEAOIL’s market share in the areas served by its retail stations as well as overseeing account acquisition and management activities for SEAOIL’s retail sales programs.
What will YOU do?
- Identify business potential and design plans for retail sales programs
- Drive collaboration for the development of value-added products/services
- Ensure effective implementation of SEAOIL retail sales tools
- Supervise Retail Sales Team performance
What will YOU need?
- At least 2 years of sales supervisory experience in retail sales
- Willingness to do necessary field work
