Job Description
Requirements:
- 6 months CSE
- 2nd yr College Undergraduate
- College Graduate with or without experience
- Completed 2 years in College with 6 months customer service related experience (preferably 1 year BPO experience)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Upon hire:
18k basic pay + 4k premium allowance + 1k flex fund allowance
- 20% Night differential
- HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification

- Annual increase based on performance
- 13th and 14th month Pay
