Job Description
Sushi Shokunin is in search of a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and experience in sushi making, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi.
- Innovate new sushi menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage inventory and orders efficiently.
- Engage with customers and offer recommendations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sushi Chef or similar position.
- Proficient in Japanese cuisine.

- Culinary school diploma is advantageous.
