Job Description
As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your duties will include managing sales staff, ensuring proper inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also be responsible for creating staff schedules, training new employees, and implementing store policies and procedures. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
- Manage sales staff and monitor their performance
- Track inventory levels and order products as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
