Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement business strategies for customer growth and profitability.
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee store administration and compliance.
- Maintain store condition and visual standards.
- Analyze buying trends for market share growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Retail or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager experience.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Customer service and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
