Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team in the Call Center department (Voice & Non-Voice).
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolving customer issues promptly on the first contact without escalation.
- Matching customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing relevant information with internal and external stakeholders.
