Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

  • Telemarketer
  • Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Agent (Dayshift, Open for Freshers, Company: Client Support Acquisition)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Conversant in English
  • Strong active listening skills

Nice to have (Optional):

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center
