Job Description

Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
c. High School Graduates are accepted
d. Must be conversant in English
e. Must be amenable to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Provides instruction, teaching, and help to lower level employees
