Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College (no back subjects)
- High School Graduates are welcome
- Proficient in English
- Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints professionally
- Research and resolve queries, log customer calls
- Provide guidance and support to lower level employees
