Job Description
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO experience with strong communication skills accepted
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively through various channels
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Have in-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information

Schedule:
