Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls from customers, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and handling complaints.

- Must not be enrolled as a student.
- Willing to work full time and in shifting schedules.
- Good English communication skills and computer literacy.
