Qualifications:
- a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- c. High School Graduates are accepted
- d. Must be conversant in English
- e. Must be amenable to work onsite
- Job Responsibility:
- – Responds to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures
- – Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- – Communicates relevant alternatives for completion in a timely fashion
- – Provides purposeful instruction and help to lower level employees
- – Provides guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support to lower level employees
