Job Description
1.1 Prepare and submit comparative report – Approved weekly cash requirement vs actual funded amount for review of Budget Control Manager and approval of the President.
2.1 Prepare and submit weekly cash requirement for review of Budget Control Manager and for approval of the President.
3.1 Payment request processing and monitoring for HOP, MLO Office, MGO Office, and MGV.
4.1 In-charge in preparation of Project Cost Monitoring and review with Budget Control Manager.
5.1 Assist Budget Control Manager in the facilitation of Budget Planning.
6.1 Address Corrective Action Report (CARE).
7.1 Department OKR Report.
8.1 Orientation to newly-hired Budget Control Personnel.
9.1 Budget Team Supervision.
