Job Description
- Provides technical and staff support in the implementation of training programs.
- Handles training-related functions including training needs assessment, curriculum development, training evaluation, program implementation, documentation, logistics, and coordination.
- Prepares and endorses training budget for approval.
- Creates appropriate training modules and learning materials.
- Recommends modification of training materials.
- Provides logistical preparations such as determining venue, training consultants, issuing invitations, preparing handouts, visual aids, equipment, and other training requirements.
