Job Description
The Service Associate performs a range of teller, vault, and ATM operations, account opening, and TD transactions following set policies. Engages clients for new accounts, cross-selling, and account consolidation, providing efficient and customer-centric financial services. Responsibilities include timely and accurate account processing.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course, fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Location: PBCOM Annapolis at Annapolis St., Greenhills, San Juan (*preferably nearby).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Juan: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience:
- 1 year in banking (Preferred)
