Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and recruiting talented individuals who will contribute to our company’s objectives and culture. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess skills and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate job offers.
COMPANY INVOLVEMENT
- Abide by company rules and values.
- Attend required meetings and contribute to department goals.
- Represent the company positively in all interactions.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Gender: Male/Female
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
Work Experience: 1-3 years in relevant field.
