Job Description
Job Summary:
This full-time Account Officer position involves organizing, recruiting, training, and managing members or clients of GPMI. Responsibilities include implementing microfinance products and services following GPMI’s procedures, policies, and systems.
General Description of Tasks (Officer):
- Implements products and services as per GPMI’s procedures
- Makes simple decisions to meet targets
- Prepares standardized reports
Specific Tasks:
- Implements microfinance products and services
- Conducts area surveys and market studies
- Promotes Microfinance Products and Services
- Conducts Credit and Background Investigation
- Develops Group and Center Leaders
- Processes loan applications
- Collects amortization
Job Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commitment to poverty alleviation
- Motorcycle license and own motorcycle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,150.00 per month
