- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excel Savvy
- Detail Oriented
- Organizational Skills
- Having relevant experience in this field is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process billing from Suppliers and allocate costs.
- Maintain historical cost of units to be ordered.
- Analyze cost of ordered units.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations.
- Responsible for Order and Cost Monitoring File, Internal Quotation Sheet.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Superior/Department.
