Job Description
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and lead teams in multiple locations.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
2. Operational Management:
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of each location to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce standardized operational guidelines across all locations.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve sales numbers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns at the regional level.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Business course or any related field.
- Preferably 1-5 years of experience in a Managerial position.
- With experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in Pharmacy is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate to Tarlac City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dagupan City, Pangasinan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
