Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge on Wiring Harness.
- Scan On/Off all jobs correctly in the system.
- Checking of sample wire for cutting specification before mass production.
- Jobs are done within allocated man hours.
- Report all problems encountered to the respective Leader or Supervisor that can be caused delays and discrepancies, such as:
- Wires problems
- Lacking wires
- Circuit list or Spreadsheet concerns (incorrect and lacking details)
- Machine and Tools trouble
- Consistent attachment of protective cup for each end of wires.
- Consistent checking of machine conditions using check sheets.
- Consistent attachment of Stop Tag based on the procedure.
- Consistent updating of the Production Monitoring Sheet, Kanban, and Daily report sheet.
- Follow standard Quality procedures and Standard operations in accordance with ISO.
- Issued Tools are properly kept and accounted for.
- Proper wearing of uniforms and issued PPE.
- Performs good housekeeping (5S Activities).
- Complies with assigned shift schedule and renders overtime when the need arises.
- Participates and cooperates in any company activities and events.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: With a High school diploma.
- EXPERIENCE: With or without experience in the Assembly of wiring harnesses or with On-The-Job training related to this process.
- Good written and oral communication, can interact with other operators.
- Has the ability to work in any shift and under pressure.
