Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales targets by recommending promotional activities for Packaged Programs to support the sales strategy devised by the RM. Responsibilities also entail aiding in the successful implementation of the store’s programs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or a Business Related course
- One to two (1-2) years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry like retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant
- Demonstrates strong customer management skills and can make decisions to meet customer needs
- Capable in people management, coaching, developing, and supervising a team
- Knowledgeable in basic store operations, able to assess operational enhancements, compliance with standards, sales, and profitability
- We are hiring in all regions of the Philippines
