Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily productivity of agents and ensure compliance with service levels and metrics.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks; manage scheduling and budget.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to develop team skills and capabilities.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated cases and concerns.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports on team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Workforce and Analytics team to ensure team efficiency.
  • Ensure 24/7 support for operations and external service sites.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing or any medical allied courses.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, customer focus, collaboration, innovation, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and provide technical expertise.
