Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving target sales, manpower objectives, and profitability by analyzing data and executing plans.
- Develop specific plans for short and long-term growth of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Competent in presentation and facilitation skills.
- Solid background in business, sales, business development, marketing.
- Strong in customer service and sales strategy.
- Experience in handling an insurance branch.
- Preferably with a network of clients in the non-life insurance industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
