Job Description:
- Responsible for supervising all rank-and-file positions directly reporting to them.
- Oversee associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to drive sales and meet profit goals.
- Mediate customer complaints and ensure immediate solutions.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Optimize schedules of rank-and-file employees.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Operations Manager for store improvements.
- Conduct regular PEP talks and meetings with subordinates.
- Coordinate with other company departments for necessary reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Location: Imus Cavite.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista.
- Pleasing personality is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
