Job Objectives:
Provide technical support, ensure smooth company operations, monitor computer systems, and solve IT-related issues.
Principal Duties:
- Network connection troubleshooting
- Desktop support for PC and printer
- Systems monitoring and maintenance
- Hardware and software installation
- IT projects assistance
