Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at PCT PURECHEM ENTERPRISE INC. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support and offer valuable suggestions for enhancing our services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Memorize technical product specifications and stay updated on new company products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support to address challenges.
- Write reports, communicate with the production team, and propose effective solutions.
- Build relationships with stakeholders such as environmental officials and industry experts.
- Manage orders, negotiate contracts, and provide expert product recommendations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
