Job Description: Admin Support to a Trade Show Exhibit Solutions Company
Position Title: Administrative Support
Shift: Part-time (4hrs PST time zone)
Reports To: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and record keeping
- Update CRM on project status and progress
- Upload client and vendor data
- Track upcoming events
- Organize digital data for CEO
- Follow up on potential leads
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support
- Trade show events experience preferred
- Knowledge in HubSpot or equivalent CRM advantageous
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fast and accurate data entry
Software:
- HubSpot experience required
- PM tools knowledge advantageous
