Job Description
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Hailing from the prominent Filpride Group, Malayan Maritime Services, Inc. (MMSI) was established to handle the growing demand for tugboat services to ensure the safe towing and berthing/unberthing of larger ships. MMSI now caters to a wide variety of commercial ships, docking and undocking in many ports in the Davao Region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Performs engine room watch with the Engineers
· Cleans and maintains the Engine Room
· Assists in repair and maintenance of engine and machinery
· Repairs and welds deck and engine parts
· Performs navigational and anchor watch
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficient in survival craft and rescue boats
· Experience with Z-Peller and Duck-Peller tugboats
· Valid Documents and Trainings
· Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
