Job Description
WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS
We are looking for experienced call center agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of outbound call center experience for USA companies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dialing outbound calls
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers
- Identify and escalate issues
- Provide service information and upsell services
- Research and document call information
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent English speaking is required
- 1-3 years of outbound sales call experience
- Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge
- Own computer and noise-canceling headphone
Salary: Php125.00 per hour
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly.
