Job Description
MAJOR ROLE
To ensure that basic hospital facilities, such as water, electricity, ventilation, are well maintained and meet government regulations, environmental health, security, and disaster preparedness standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as owner representative for building improvement, renovation, construction, and any facility-related project.
- Inspects hospital buildings to determine the need for repairs and renovations.
- Ensures proper hospital waste management.
- Creates standards or policies for facility management under which the team operates.
- Develops the department’s structure and quality systems.
- Responsible for team development to ensure timely delivery of an organization’s requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in a related field, an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Amenable to work in San Pedro City, Laguna.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift.
