Job Description
Ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accurately. Responsibilities include verifying receipts, resolving discrepancies, uploading invoices, reconciling accounts, and more.
The Salary Range: PHP20,00 – PHP30,00
JOB DUTIES
- Upload invoices into MYOB accounting package.
- Resolve invoice issues.
- Allocate cash to outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in AR/AP.
- Proficiency in MYOB and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE
- MYOB AND MS EXCEL
Day Shift 6AM-3PM / 3DAY WORK WEEK / WORK ONSITE ONLY.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Company events, Free parking, Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Anniversary bonus, Overtime pay
