Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Must at least be a Senior High School Graduate
- With or without experience
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Located within 35 kilometers from the site
- Can do onsite work
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a large volume of incoming calls
- Identify and address customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Provide accurate information using appropriate methods/tools
- Handle complaints and provide solutions within specified time limits
- Follow communication procedures and policies
