Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of TSR/CSR experience
- Willing to start immediately
- Can work onsite in Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php28,00.00 per month
