Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee fulfillment center, providing direction to the team
- Maintain communication between e-comm and warehouse team
- Monitor operational policies and procedures for efficient order processing and customer service
- Assist pick/pack operations as needed
- Perform inventories, analyze reports, and handle E-commerce platforms
- Perform other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail industry preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Willing to work in Agility Paranaque
