Job Description
- Implement Mobility programs and provide global immigration and compliance solutions for internal clients.
- Provide high-quality Mobility consultation pertaining to mobility (India and APAC).
- Draft and review all mobility communications.
- Partner with the Business to educate them and their assignees on the mobility process, procedure, tools & company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports for operations management and addressing Mobility requirements.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required.
- Ensure compliance with quality, compliance policies, and immigration laws/regulations.
- Drive continuous improvements to mobility processes, tools, metrics, and training.
- Prepare and Review status reports to identify issues & address risks.
- Act as the initial escalation contact for key stakeholders.
- Completed a bachelor’s degree.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in handling global mobility.
- Strong knowledge of mobility practices and compliance in India and APAC countries.
- Detailed knowledge of vendor agreements and services.
- Strong working as an independent contributor and as part of a team.
