Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or reach at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language
- Must be amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- May carry out one or more of the following tasks: Responds to call questions and complaints, Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, Communicates relevant alternatives, Informs clients about expert services, Provides purposeful instruction, teaching, and help to lower level employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay, Commission pay
Education:
- Senior High School (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
