Position: Trainer and Quality Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize Excel for reporting
- Perform Training Needs Analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BPO Trainer with basic Quality knowledge
- Capability to deliver a 15-20min demo teaching session
Benefits:
- Paid training
- 13th-month salary
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- May involve night shifts and holidays
