Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of FX Operations for the APAC region to lead and oversee all foreign exchange operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, extensive knowledge of FX markets, and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing FX trading strategies, managing risk, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, minimum of 7 years of experience in FX operations, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. Prior experience in a managerial role is preferred.
